Our school’s La Pantera Café is an in-house operation, where quality and production of local-sourced food is taken full advantage of. We employ and train all our own kitchen staff rigorously, focusing on healthy cooking and preparation habits. We take pride in our autonomy as it allows us to produce fresh, nutritious and sustainable food that our international community can all enjoy.
